The Nautilus Story
The nautilus is a strong and resilient deep sea creature that has existed since the age of the dinosaur. The nautilus has a complex vertical movement pattern, with the extremely rare ability, linked to the strength of its shell, to withstand the massive impact of pressure on its vertical ascent from its deep natural habitat. So the nautilus reflects our belief in both the need and capacity for vertical development within our current and future influencers.
The nautilus shell is a symbol for expansion and renewal. The spiral shape of the shell represents our vision for expanding the positive impact of vertical leadership development from the individual, through the team, organisation and community to a global impact for the good of humanity.
