Wendy  Wendy Taylor
Wendy has over 25 years’ experience in strategic HR and organisation development, holding internal consultant roles at senior levels in major public and private sector organisations in NSW and SA, before joining KPMG Management Consulting Division in SA in the early 1990’s. Manager and executive coaching has been part of that work throughout, alongside corporate governance, change management, and workforce development strategy. She has a holistic and systems view of organisations and society, married with a drive for pragmatic application at the personal level.

Wendy’s approach to coaching builds on a long career in leadership development, as a foundation of effective organisation development.    Her work in coaching is framed on personal transformation to achieve changed behaviour for greater personal, group and organisational effectiveness. Typically, this model has been framed within agreed organisational competencies and the individual’s assessment against these, but Wendy has more recently moved to the evidence-based competencies of The Leadership Circle as the basis for her coaching methodology. She uses structured sessions for reflective learning and action planning, supporting leaders at all levels to face their behavioural challenges, roadblocks to effectiveness and realise their potential for influence and impact. Key components include establishing the developmental level of the client and the pathway to greater insight. The Leadership Circle provides significant, overt evidence for the client on which to frame their agenda, with the coach’s support.
